NACOGDOCHES COUNTY COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT
It is the objective and mission of the Nacogdoches County Criminal Collections Department to enforce and maximize the collections of court ordered fines and fees in the Nacogdoches County Criminal Courts, which enhances the integrity of the courts, increases respect for the court as an institution, discourages non-compliance by defendants and promotes the interest of justice.
Our department works with all seven courts of Nacogdoches County to provide an individual with an alternative means to satisfy their financial obligation due in reference to enforcement of a court order. We will do a financial overview to determine if an individual qualifies for a payment plan. This includes but is not limited to court costs, court fees, traffic fines, felonies, etc.
